I have one really bad, nasty neighbour. I need an outlet, a bad neighbours' tales community, damnit. Oh, the stories I could share... She has a dog over there at the moment, I hope this isn't another dog that she keeps for two weeks and then decides the dog is "too much work". I am hoping this is her daughter's dog or something.
